Single Origin Australia

Single Origin Australia

Grown on red volcanic soils in Far North Queensland, at elevations that rival the finest arabica growing regions in the world. For over 40 years, this coffee has quietly built a reputation as proof that Australia can hold its own on the world stage. The story starts with the MacLaughlin family, South African migrants who toured the country by motorbike searching for the right place to settle. When they found the property near Mareeba in 1987, it was the view and the climate that won them over, not a plan to build a coffee empire. That small farm has grown into Australia's oldest commercial coffee plantation, now home to more than 90,000 coffee trees under the Queensland sun. Three generations still live and work the land today, farming for tomorrow as much as for now. Notes of almond, orange, milk chocolate and caramel, in a cup that's full bodied and unmistakably Australian.

The result is a lively and expressive cup layered with juicy stonefruit notes of apricot and yellow peach, balanced by a bright yet smooth citrus acidity. Sidamo Mirit’i offers a refined introduction to the distinctive elegance and fruit-forward profile of Ethiopian coffee.

The region is home to around 7,800 producers, with 90% being small, independent farmers. This blend brings together carefully selected lots from across those smallholdings, giving each farmer a pathway into the specialty coffee market while delivering a cup that reflects the richness and diversity of the land. What you're selling is more than great coffee. It's a direct connection to a community of growers who have spent generations perfecting their craft in the mountains of Brazil.

Silver Jasmine Green Organic

Silver Jasmine Green Organic

This is a green tea that should be recognised not only for its jasmine-infused scent, but the quality of the tea leaves themselves. Silver tips are the young buds of the tea plant, prized for their high levels of anti-oxidants.
